1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) from our domestic fulfillment facility. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET typically ship the following business day.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes 2–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed.
3. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. You can also track any order at any time on our Track Order page.
4. Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of contents, protecting your privacy and the integrity of the compounds.
5. Lost or Stalled Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact support@nexcellbiolabs.com. We will open a carrier investigation and, once the package is confirmed lost, ship a free replacement at no cost to you.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International availability is under evaluation.
